About the Course
Barnbougle Dunes is one of the great modern golf course discoveries. Built on a former potato farm on the north coast of Tasmania, the course uses the natural duneland above the Bass Strait to create a genuine links experience in the Southern Hemisphere. Tom Doak and Mike Clayton designed the course and it opened in 2004 to immediate acclaim. The course pairs with the adjacent Lost Farm course to create one of the finest two-course golf destinations in the world. Remote, raw, and simply magnificent.
