About the Course
Dumbarnie Links lies within the 5,000-acre Balcarres Estate, a property that has been in the hands of Lord Balniel's family for more than four hundred years. It is a Clive Clark design that first opened its doors as a pay-and-play facility in the spring of 2020. Despite being one of the newest courses in Scotland, Dumbarnie has quickly established itself among Fife's finest — no small achievement given the county is home to St Andrews. The course occupies magnificent clifftop linksland above the Firth of Forth, with views across to Edinburgh, East Lothian, and the Bass Rock. The routing includes spectacular holes along the cliff edge, deep natural bunkers, and wide fairways that encourage attacking play in all conditions.
