About the Course
Prestwick is the cradle of championship golf. The first twelve Open Championships were played here, and Old Tom Morris's home course retains a character entirely unlike any modern links. Blind shots over sand hills, the Cardinal bunker, and the Alps hole create a golf course that is both anachronistic and completely thrilling. Playing Prestwick is to experience golf as it was in the Victorian era, and it is an experience unlike any other on earth.
