About the Course
Royal West Norfolk at Brancaster is one of the most atmospheric and unusual golf courses in England. The course occupies a narrow strip of land between the sea and Brancaster Harbour, and is literally cut off by the tide twice a day. The course has a wild, elemental quality that is unique in English golf — the marsh, the sea, and the sky combine to create an experience unlike any other. Golf has been played here since 1892 and the club has changed little since. This is links golf in its most pure and unspoilt form.
