About the Course
Saunton Golf Club has been ranked among England's finest golf venues for a century, and its West Course offers a companion to the more celebrated East Course across the same spectacular Braunton Burrows dune system. The West Course is a genuine championship-calibre links in its own right — less famous but in many ways equally rewarding. The dunes of Braunton Burrows constitute the largest sand dune system in England, and both courses tunnel through dramatic natural terrain with constant views to the sea and the distant Exmoor hills. On a clear day, the views to Lundy Island make this one of the most beautiful links settings in England.
