About the Course
Waterville Golf Links is one of Ireland's most dramatic and underrated courses. Set on the Ring of Kerry, the course winds along Ballinskelligs Bay with views of the Skellig Islands — sacred Early Christian island monasteries that inspired Star Wars. The course was built largely by the genius club-maker Eddie Hackett and updated by Tom Fazio, blending natural Kerry terrain with precision design. The finishing stretch — holes 15 through 18 — is one of the most dramatic in links golf.
